Nick is a multi-awarded bartender and Bar Manager of Fitz’s Bar – Best New Cocktail Bar 2023 by Entree magazine. He is passionated to elevate the experience of drinking.

He is awarded as double national champion from The Netherlands and won a Golden Medal during the World Cocktail Championship 2023 in Rome by the International Bartender Association.
